The MS-1185SP has the end strips on the 11″ sides and the MS-8511SP has the end strips on the 8.5″ sides. The MS-1185SP can be used in both landscape and portrait positions using the set screw on the info stand. The MS-8511SP should only be used in the landscape position as it will be off center if used in the portrait position.

Signage plates are an essential piece of gallery equipment. We produce a large variety of sizes because we know your needs vary from small and discreet to large and expansive. Signage plates are used in such a broad variety of applications that it is difficult to explain how useful they are. We have designed these to be as easy to use as possible while still being beautiful.

We start with aluminum extrusion produced in the USA by a family owned company. Our extrusion is designed to be modular so that we can adjust sizing to fit a wide variety of applications. We assemble the extrusions in our New Jersey manufacturing facility and trim them to precision length. We insert a plastic cover that is textured with a specially formulated ADA compliant anti-reflective coating, this coating improves readability of the graphics panels. Next, we add our unique end strips that are designed to capture and conceal the edge of the plastic slipcover to enhance it appearance and keep the entire package concise.

When you receive your graphics panel you will need to remove one end strip to free the plastic. Next peel the protective film from the plastic cover. Put the Signage plate onto your choice of stand, we suggest a few below. Insert graphics printed on paper under the plastic cover and reinstall the end strip.

The stable bases and uprights support an elastic cord that defines restricted access but gives to the touch without tripping or injury. The Freestanding base is cushioned with slip resistant polyurethane pads to improve grip and protect polished floor surfaces.

The Economy Barrier features a slimmer 1/2″ thick powder coated steel base with integrated nonslip pads that ensure it stays put and doesn’t mark that precious floor and an anodized aluminum post that will work comfortably in a wide variety of settings. The connector stanchion has a wider hole on top so 2 cords can come together in one post to finish off a full enclosure or join 2 cords in the middle of a run.

The adapters are both 45 Degrees but are offered in 2 different types to accommodate the 2 types of sign plates.

Adapter AS-SSCS comes with a smaller plate and has high strength double sided adhesive to allow our smaller label holder range to be attached to it. This includes frames that measure 4×6, 6×6, 6×8, and others. A simple rule of thumb is if the label holder doesn’t have end strips then choose AS-SSCS.

Adapter AS-SSCL comes with a larger 4×4 plate and has a set screw to allow our larger signage plate range to be attached to it via their slotted system. This includes frames that measure 8 ½, 11, and 16 inches High. A simple rule of thumb is if the Signage plate has end strips then choose AS-SSCL.

When choosing the size of Label Holder to work with the Signage Adapter, be sure that it is large enough to allow the information to be read easily without stooping.

The Barrier Signage Adapter is produced in stainless steel and has slots that allow it to be used at any point on a run of barriers without interrupting the cord.

The cord is very straight forward to install requiring only a pair of scissors to cut to length. When the barrier layout is changed the cord can be used again in a different layout.
